In the summer of 2004, after 42 years, Di Presa's closed for business.

Yeah, I used to take my kids to Di Presa's Pizza House for their birthdays. And, uh, and then I took my granddaughter there. And she got pregnant when she was still in high school and so then I took my great-grandchildren.

Yeah, I- I- Sometimes, I wish I'd tied my tubes years ago and we could just forget the whole lot, you know? Would've prevented a lot of heartache.

But, yeah. But the Pizza Housе was, uh, was cheap food, you know? It's hard to find cheap, uh, restaurant food, uh, thеse days.

Nowadays, I just stay home and, um, eat, uh, microwave pizza from Costco.
