I’m A Vampire, He’s A Werewolf CHAPTER 4

After a few more hours of getting to know Ashley, and catching up with me, Jake was ready to go on his way, and return to his wife.

Just before Jake walked out the door, I wrapped Jake in a hug, “I’m honestly gonna miss you. Do you have to go?” I quietly asked.

Jake nodded, “Sadly, I do. Amber’s expecting me back home. I’ll miss you too, Andy,” Jake replied as he broke the hug, “And Andy? You’re stronger than you know. Don’t forget that,” Jake added as he walked out the door.

I wavеd my brother bye beforе walking back inside, “Ash! Could you come here?” I called after my boyfriend.

Ashley slowly made his way down the stairs, “You don’t have to yell. I can hear you at a nice distance you know,” Ashley groaned out.

“Apologies. I just wanted to call you in here to apologize. It was wrong of me to do that. I shouldn’t have bit you, and I shouldn’t have called you a baby. Forgive me?” I asked as I tried to wrap Ashley in a hug.

Ashley backed away from me, “I’m not going to hug you, but I forgive you. You’re man enough to admit your mistakes, and I respect that. I will always love you for as long as we both live, alright?”

I nodded, a single tear trailed down my cheek, “I love you too, Ash. I’m still sorry for fighting with you, and it was wrong of me to bite you. Can I make it up to you?” I asked as I wiped away more tears.

“Come here,” Ashley said, giving me a hug, “I love you, Rocket.”

“I finally get my hug,” I laughed out, “Sorry for biting you,” I reiterated with a sigh.

Ashley broke the hug and sighed, “Don’t apologize. I forgive you, Andy. Let’s go to bed, beautiful. You need your rest,” Ashley added as he gave me a gentle kiss.

I smiled as I picked Ashley up with ease, “And you?” I asked as I walked Ashley up the stairs.

“The moon’s still full. I was thinking about taking another run for a while,” Ashley replied as I placed him in bed, “It would be fun, and I promise to be extra careful this time,” Ashley added as he rubbed his right leg.

“Alright baby. Be careful. I don’t want to have to treat your left leg the same as your right,” I replied, giving Ashley a gentle kiss.

Ashley nodded as he got up from the bed, “Open the window,” Ashley told me.

I nodded as I opened the large window in our bedroom, and helped Ashley get his shirt off. After Ashley was ready, he leapt out the window with incredible agility, and landed safely on the ground below. I knew my boyfriend would be gone all night, so there was no reason to stay awake.
