The Lions

Say, I was reading some books I have in the house, you know, every now and then I look in some books
I read about the Greek mythology and Roman history, and I came across one story that took place in the Colosseum in Rome, you know, during the times when they used to feed people to the lions in the Colosseum, and this was a great sport
Well, this story was two fellas that were about to be fed to the lions
They were sitting inside waiting for the keeper of the lions to open the gate and let the lions in
And he was talking to his friend who was also going, he said, "You know, last night was beautiful for me, before they caught me"
Said, "I was up to a beautiful girl's place and we were laying on the marble bench drinking vodka and orange juice, she had long black wavy hair and I stroked it, and her body was so voluptuous"
Said, "She took off her gown first and you could see the little short cloth that she was wearing"
He said, "And then, she went and blew the candle out and brought some grapes over, and we laid down and she moved her leg near me"
He looked at his buddy, said, "Wait a minute, I'll tell you later on, here come them damn lions"
