This song was inspired by me and my co-writer’s (John Morgan, Bryce Mauldin) girlfriends
How did the song come together?
When we started the writing session, we were discussing what our girlfriends mean to us and why they’re special. We decided to turn how we felt about them into a song!
What was the process of making the song like?
We wrote this song in the summer of 2020 in the River House studio before it was even finished, there was no roof on it. It didn’t take us long to write it because we were writing the truth and writing exactly how we felt. I knew it was a special song when we wrote it and I’m glad so many other peop...
