[Chorus: Isaac Waddington]
Yeah I know where I want to be
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me
I’m just lost at sea
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me (Mmm)
I’m just lost at sea
[Verse 1: Frankie Stew]
Starting again
Lost the feeling from when I started
And wrote bars in my head
I wanted to show myself just me
Not nobody else
And apart from Harv, didn’t care what you man thought
Didn’t care what nobody said
And I feel like that’s changing
Want P, but I don’t wanna be caged in
Never had normal wages
I know that’s the life I chose
Writing loads, then I picked up paper, now man I write in phones
Got big where I’m from
Just a big fish in a small pond
Got my first deal
Not that much P, but it’s real
Splashed it still
Least that I know how it feels
Never been gassed I’m chilled
Always grateful sometimes I can’t believe I’m still, here
[Chorus: Isaac Waddington]
Yeah I know where I want to be
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me
I’m just lost at sea
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me (Mmm)
I’m just lost at sea
[Verse 2: Frankie Stew]
Writing again
Came off social media for one month
I needed some time off but now I’m typing again
Back to my older ways
Started fighting again
Got another deal I’m signing again
This one's a five-figure
Compared to the last it’s bigger
All things seemed on the up
Even spoke to Mike Skinner
That’s a dream come true
Used to play The Streets in school
I’m blinded by the lights and my feelings too
Had a mental breakdown
Went to get off the floor but stayed down
I wanna go back in time to the start of when I was a kid in playgrounds
Too much pressure
Went to a therapist once or twice it helped but it’s too much cheddar
It’s mad cos nobody knew me better
[Chorus: Isaac Waddington]
Yeah I know where I want to be
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me
I’m just lost at sea
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me (Mmm)
I’m just lost at sea
[Verse 3: Frankie Stew]
Barring again
Made changes in my life and now I’m starting again
I fuck up sometimes that’s normal
That’s just part of it then
You should learn to love yourself that can’t start when it ends
Easy to make assumptions
We all got problems, hundreds
And somethings that worked for me might not work for youngers
Or older
Or anyone my age then when I signed to Coda
Whole tour sold out but close-up
Looks cool but please look closer
I was so anxious didn’t wanna show up
Didn’t wanna take pictures either too much pressure
So when you're feeling under the weather
Just know we’re in this together
Know that things get better
And if they don’t at first or feel like they get worse no it's not forever
[Chorus: Isaac Waddington]
Yeah I know where I want to be
You won’t get no apology
There’s nothing really stopping me
I’m just lost at sea
Yeah I know where I want to be
You won’t get no apology (Yeah)
There’s nothing really stopping me (Mmm)
I’m just lost at sea
[Outro]
I’m just lost at sea
Lost At Sea was written by Isaac Waddington & Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn.
Lost At Sea was produced by Harvey Gunn.
Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn released Lost At Sea on Fri Feb 28 2020.
This song started with me writing the chord progression, and we felt it could turn into a nice finalé for the album straight away.
Originally this song had a completely different vocal for the chorus, but we couldn’t get the sample cleared for it.
We linked up with Isaac Waddington and he wrote the incredible chorus and top-line that you hear in the song today, which turned it into something x100 better than it was before.

This was inspired by the struggle and journey of life and the music industry, can be tough at times but it’s all worth it.
