How are you?
I hope you're doin' fine
There's something I must tell you
So I'm dropping you this line

I know that you're real busy
And I hope you find the time
To read this little letter
And grant this wish of mine

Oh, Santa, bring my daddy
Standing by the Christmas tree
So when I get up on Christmas
He'll be the first thing that I see

I don't want a storybook
Or a doll with curly hair
'Cause it won't seem like Christmas
If my daddy wasn't there

You'll know that I've been good
I've been helping mommy
