PARADOX

It's alive it's in my mind, is it benign?

Now I'm stuck in an avalanche
Tied up like an assailant
There's still more time in the hourglass
But I've lost all my patience

I've had a life full of glories, life of stories
Some are true, some are simply faded memories
I'm not evil, I don't have an addiction
Maybe you heard wrong, they always give a blurry depiction
I could say life was simple, but I only felt tension
To just assimilate, and forgot about my complexion
I try to put the all the memories in the back of my mind
But when I lay down, they call my name about every time
