Lord of the Insect Order

Lord, this sign we see and must revere and without haste we obey
But in your word, we had dominion over all that creeps the Earth
With sangfroid we relinquish our young to you and remain in awe at your magnificence
We shan't appear empty handed
We do fear you and take up the cross as you desire and hope these delights please your heart
Please cleanse us of our unrighteousness
So your son once suffered to bring us you and we in this moment will suffer too
We can only assume their satisfaction
But I could have sworn one in the act of ingestion, showed signs of glee
I would too upon receiving such rich blessings
We man the towers and in your name
The bells ring in the knowledge you are also rich in mercy
