It's the one situation
I can’t talk my way out of
No amount of talkin' can save me now

They will lay me out on my sorry ass
And it will be glorious
To watch me go down

Cause that wasn’t true

And all things considered
It coulda been worse
I could be in the back of a hearse
Or a shallow grave

But the hole that I dug for myself was just metaphorical
So I guess it's not horrible
Guess I got what I gave

And the consequence hits like a truck
All things considered I got pretty far on my luck
Before it dried up

In the dark night in the parking lot
Of the bar that my friend used to own

Right now do I ever feel alone
