Single release:Hip-Hop Capstone Project [2025] Lyrics

(Chorus:Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop!!!)-large crowd chanting of all different races

[verse 1:Chicagozer0311]
The definition of Hip-Hop in its proper diction pertaining to this project demonstrate first and foremost the proper skills and knowledge acquired and what is required in order to be hip hop
Hip-hop is a multifaceted urban cultural movement that emerged in the 1970s in New York City, back when the city was gritty and plagued by economic and political turmoil and crime. artist began expressing their struggle with spoken rhyme
Hip hop encompassing the music genre of rap, breakdancing, graffiti art, DJing, and associated language and fashion
This was in sync with movement rhythm and passion
It originated within the Black and Latino communities as a form of expression for the voiceless, addressing societal issue, and how the government misuse its power
The art form continues to evolve globally as a powerful force in music, culture, and social commentary in all different facets that vary

(Chorus:Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop!!!)-large crowd chanting of all different races

[verse 2:chicagozer0311]
The purpose is not to usurp us it’s to simply combat a social economic narrative I feel it’s imperative to be transparent I’m a Caucasian with trace amounts of African American and Iraqi/Iranian blood mainly German and Italian born in Chicago we’re the streets got gritty. chiraq they called us told us
Pick up the slack they black balled us. Rapping to free our mind and combat social and political injustice
My friends and some family were African American
My partner would beat box while we free-styled our friends would break dance and girls would get wild
We would tag concrete pillars and such I knew some dope graffiti artist that snuck out and tagged at lunch
My cuz could dj on turntables as we rapped fables and fiction with proper diction describing pleasure addiction jovial moments and affliction
I lived with my Hispanic friend and his family for a long time in Bellwood a primarily all African American Chicago hood and we kicked rhymes and it was all good

(Chorus:Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop!!!)-large crowd chanting of all different races

[verse 3:Chicagozer0311]
Started typing up emails quickly reflexed stopped myself after I sent a few sighed and said phew. I understand the conversation is complex cultural appropriation has occurred with all prior art forms. Rock, blues, most instruments all created by African Americans and hijacked by other races different colored faces in different colored places what unites humanity and conquers insanity is inclusion and a blend of melting pot infusion I agree with some of your sentiments my brother to many artist have stolen hip hop aesthetics for monetary gain to establish a name and gain wealth and fame than they left the genre used hip hop as a door mat rapped about negative things like hoes cash and marijuana without even understanding the culture or its significance and how the art form can make a real difference
I was four years old when my grandmother began helping me write poetry and my mother got me into Tupac by the age of five and I listened to changes appropriately. reading hip hops work you inspired some of my ideas and thoughts that still lurk I was a conundrum a mystery a Nas faithful I was a sophomore I heard Kendrick Lamar and the rest is history. People around me rapped about clothes and hoes and I was rapping about inclusiveness uplifting humanity social economics and politics with rebellious elusiveness. I’ll never understand or be half as educated especially in the art form and culture that is hip hop but I’ve read and followed you and we have similar life experiences and dealt with similar interferences I’ll never know what it feels like to be African American and I’ll continue to try to understand and defend all races in all places but saying I can’t be hip hop just because I’m a few shades lighter is shallow in my opinion with that exclusive mindset ain’t none of us winnin….. that’s all

(Chorus:Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop Hip Hop!!!)-large crowd chanting of all different races
