Chicagozer0311 was born in Chicago,Illinois and raised by his grandparents. His grandmother wrote poetry and taught him it at a young age. His mother introduced him to hip hop via Tupac at around five. Zer0 began rapping around eight his first posted music was on Facebook with mc Escobarzzz in 2011 in high school. He later posted music up on YouTube but Zer0 overtime having a wife and kids went from being the life of the party. To hating public settings with loud crowds and people and took his music down. Now it only lives on thanks to Genius were he has allowed it to be uploaded to. Zer0 raps because he loves to rap not to be famous or to make money.

Zer0 is a conscious, cerebral, lyrical underground rapper. Known for double entendres and clever word play. Zer0 has ADHD and doesn’t write down his raps on paper he types them on his phone and immediately uploafs or records them. This style is similar to Jay z or wayne. The dosn side is he doesnt rememver any of his rhymes moments after doing them. Zer0 is motivated and inspired by such artists as Kendrick Lamar,J Cole Nas, Lupe Fiasco, Andre 3k, black thought, and Eminem.
