Racism is a religion. racism is something that some people choose to live by
Racism can't die. there will always be people who learn from their fathers
who were taught by their fathers to indulge in the act of hating others because of appearance
racism isn't an art. racism is code.
it's frowned upon in the real world but behind the screen of a computer you're free to express

Stephen Lawrence was a man who only wanted to live but he lost his life to the religion of racism
You see, when you decide that you want to be different there will always be someone who hates you
there will never be a time where you can have an opinion without having another going against it
Growing up as a black man I knew that words of hatred are still thrown towards my people
I knew that even though the civil war had settled slavery, some would never come to terms
racism is not dead.

We are the product of what the media wants us to be.
You hear Young Thug on the radio but you never hear Ab-Soul
Whenever a Kendrick song comes on it's always stereotypes masking subliminal messages
Get a pool full of liqour then you drown in it, that's what the radio wants you to hear

You would be a fool to realize that the song goes beyond just that
Nobody cares about how deep you can be
The media wants to promote the hits
If a song is a hit... put it on the radio, If a video is a hit... post it on Worldstar
If an innocent black man gets hit, tell his family that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time
Michael Brown got shot but the TV's wanna replay footage of a store being robbed.
Trayvon got shot but the TV's wanna show a young black man with a grill and a wife beater
People go around saying that black people keep racism alive in America.
The percentage of racist black people in America overpowers other races
The percentage of black people in America is 12%
