Princess Luna’s Glorious Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

The day before Princess Twilight's coronation
The only thing Luna wanted was a long vacation
She couldn't sleep over the hubbub of the preparations
So she spent most of Friday in front of the television

She flipped between a couple different shows
One featured a couple ponies that looked like colts she used to know
It reminded her of a daydream that carried her through her time in exile
She briefly wondered where they'd be now
And then tried to block that thought out

Twenty slices white bread
Fifteen tablespoons of butter, divided
Twenty slices cheddar cheese
Preheated skillet over a medium heat

She'll always have her glorious grilled cheese
As she fights to push her other needs / out of her mind
She'll be just fine
Sandwiches in hoof, she'll endure this time
