Panic Attack

I can't breathe anymore
My lungs, they don't know how to work
I'm stuck on manual breathing
Every breath is an effort I have to take

It's a panic attack
And I'm never getting back
All the hours I have spent
Sitting on my floor
Hiding away from everything

It's a brain collapse
Everything is out of wack
All my bones turned to soup
I try to keep quiet, as my mind catches fire
I don't want anyone to know

It's so unfair
How I can't get through the day
Without feeling afraid
I shouldn't care if anyone knows

I feel all eyes on me
Even when I try to hide it, everyone can see
Nobody wants to say a thing
It's embarrassing for everyone, nobody wins
