Omocha No Cha Cha Cha, the English version of the Japanese song of the same name, was used in the end credits of the 1984 Disney film, “Where the Toys Come From.”
Yano also composed the soundtrack for the film, along arrangements by then-husband Ryuichi Sakamoto.
[Chorus]
All the toys are cha-cha-cha
All together, cha-cha-cha
Mmm hmm, cha-cha-cha
Look at the toys go cha-cha-cha
[Verse 1]
When the stars shinin' twinkle in the sky
And everybody's tired to fall into night
That's when the toys come out and play
And there's a lot to say
Cha-cha-cha
[Verse 2]
Like the tin soldiers bang on the drums
And dance all night til the morning comes
All the little robots sing and play
And there's a lot to say
Cha-cha-cha
[Bridge]
[Verse 3]
As the morning sun climb in the sky
See the twinkling stars all wave goodbye
As all the toys go back to bed
Until tomorrow night they lay
[Chorus]
Cha-cha-cha
おもちゃのチャチャチャ
All the toys are cha-cha-cha
おもちゃのチャチャチャ
All the toys are cha-cha-cha
おもちゃのチャチャチャ
All the toys are cha-cha-cha
おもちゃのチャチャチャ
Cha-cha-cha, cha-cha-cha, cha-cha-cha
