Let the rain hit my window
My anxiety got me stressing
And i don’t know where to go

I can’t help but feel ignored
Give so much of myself
But I can’t kick in the door

I’ve seen so many get their shot

Sometimes I just wanna stop
It’s a lot

2013 was different
Depressed, feeling low til Dev Hynes hit me on twitter
Rocked the show in Brooklyn
Dawn had me feeling like a winner
Then hit the stage with Brandy, and killed it at the Fillmore

I dropped a couple EP’s
Entrancing got me feeling good
Paradise was all it took
My debut albums gonna drop
Slowly climbing to the top
I wouldn’t change it if I could
As long as I stay true

Please believe I won’t give up now
Won’t let that 7 year old me down
And I love it when I crack a smile
Cause I know its all gon work out
