This song was written together with Elias Näslin, Hayley Aitken and Litens, who also co-wrote my singles ‘Forget to Forget’, ‘Bad In Common’, ‘Spaceship’ and ‘Make Us Never Happen’. It was actually originally called ‘sad song’ and was supposed to be a piano ballad until the day before we had to send...
What inspired it?
This song is about the moment you’re about to lose the one that’s means the most to you, and you realise there’s nothing you can do but accept it. Sometimes not stating the truth makes it easier to deny. Saying it out loud makes it real. And when it’s real you can’t ignore it any more.
What was the process of making the song like?
Me, Elias, Litens and Hayley have a fun thing when we write together where we play a music video on mute whilst writing to get inspiration and create a feeling. ‘Lose You Too’, ‘Forget to Forget’, ‘Make Us Never Happen’ and ‘Spaceship’ were actually all written while we were watching the same video!
