A love affair I never can forget
As, from that chatroom out in cyberspace
He sent a JPEG of his handsome face
I typed, "I'm Dillie", he said he was Hans
Our conversation turned to true romance
And by the time we said our last goodnight
I knew that I had met my Mr Right
Next day with Yahoo, I logged on once more
But my first contact was a perverted bore
His one hand typed while...no, I'll be discreet
My Hans then flashed a message: "Can we meet?"
My heart was full, my loins began to burn
But then I logged off, never to return
It cannot be, this love that might have been
