Food for thought is, is an idiom or a phrase that I've been living by for some, for some years now, uh
You know, for me, I'm, I'm s—, I'm a mental person
I connect mentally to people, I connect spiritually to people, it's never really been a physical thing
Uh, the physical is what you can see, I'm all about what I can't see
You know, 'cause I believe that certain things is in people, you can't see it on the physical, you can't see it, it's not on them, it's in them
So, uh, you know, for me, food for thought, there's so many ways to flip that
I can get food for thought for days, you know?
And you gotta eat to live, uh
And, and when I say eat, you know, I'm not talking about edible food, I'm talking about mental
