Cherry tree.

All the roses in the park
They bloom
Under the lonely tree
At dark
They grow
So silently
The leaves
They fall
Ever so delicately
They land
Upon the girl
That sits quietly
Sad
And scared of reality
Is curled up in the safety of her cherry tree

All through the seasons she stays and she sleeps
Through winter and autumn just solitary
Why do you love me it's hard to believe
There's so many things that are better than me

All the roses in the park
They die
Under the lonely tree
One by one
The petals fade
And all the beauty is gone
Her eyes are like burning candles that could light up the sun
She waits all day for something she knows won't come

The fear is reflected in her blank expression
Rocking back and forth
With hundreds of questions
The roots grow around her
All tangled and bent
She can't wait to wake up when the whole world ends

All the roses in the park
They bloom
Beneath the failures of life

Don't try to run away now
It'll hunt you down
You waited too long
And missed all your chances to get away from the clouds
Now you're scared wow
It's kind of weird what you've chosen to allow you to breathe
And be the reasoning as to why your heart beats
