I like saying the word "energise" over the word "excited"
Cause like "excited" and "anxiety" kinda go together like
Someone who says "Hey I got you a new car, um, and it's across the street"
You get so excited you run across the street and get hit by a car trying to run to your new
But if you're "energised" about having a car, perhaps you'd look both ways
