VERSE 1: We gotta bring it back to the basics / grasp and embrace Him / ceasing the hating / worshiping in Spirit and in truth without faking / practicing patience / living righteous outside of hitting up stages / life beyond raps like passing out tracts / life beyond tracts like studying the facts / studying facts like all our buddies from Acts / following them in their tracks like fam see and taste this / basics like prayer and meditation / not only when we need something and not only on special occasions / walking without fear we the bravest / bring it back to the Bible on the daily like we crave this / .. with some faith like Job / transition minds from the lies they were told / there's no time to sit back and let your arms fold / let's grow let's show our God can still save souls //
