How would you describe your sound?
I call my music Afro-fusion, because it’s like I use Afro beats is the main base, and then there’s a fusion of every other thing on top of it.
What inspired this song?
Peter Jay just made the beat, and I just made the song. There’s no science to it, you know? It’s just how I was feeling.
Where does the song title come from?
It’s called “Anybody” because it’s like it’s basically saying anyone who’s not ready to move and is not ready to do what they’re supposed to do should actually get smacked over the head. That’s basically what I’m saying.
What is your goal with your music?
My end goal is to make sure the world sees the African youth. Because really the world, it’s almost like the world hasn’t seen African youth.
