VeggieTales is a children’s animated series created by Big Idea featuring anthropomorphic vegetables in stories conveying moral themes based on Christianity. Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber serve as the show’s main characters, with Larry singing most of the series songs. The concept for the series was created in 1990, and the ran until 2017, when they were dropped by Netflix, and subsequently closed their headquarters in Nashville, Tennesee.
