EPO, birth name Eiko Sato, is a Japanese singer born in 1960. Her first single and breakout hit was a cover of Sugar Babe’s “Down Town” released in 1980. She was known as one of the ‘three daughters of RCA’, along with Mariya Takeuchi and Taeko Ohnuki, who all collaborated on each others' albums. EPO has released more than 20 albums over the span of her career, as well as writing many songs for other artists.
