We don't get it all
Yet we crave
To put all our weight on the waves

On concepts, crashing, collapse
Where we sneak ourselves unto the maps

Sometimes we keep things ambiguous
Though when you call our oblivious

We learn from examples and pictures
Wade through the riddle of scripture
(As we enter by submission)
And limping and figuring out

We look from the sink to the spout
