it was started a long long time ago, all we had was the first like 4 bars, we didn’t feel like finishing it, so we did what everyone does who doesn’t feel like finishing a record and just moved on to the next song, I ended up writing more to it at home months later, Na'el was still just like “meh...
what inspired the song?
so I was in love with this guy, obviously (sighs) we spent years going back and forth, he just kept saying he wasn’t ready for a relationship. in the end he came to me and let me know the reason he had been so distant was cause he got a girlfriend and she’s pregnant.
