When It Rains

He was a strong man, he loved his family
He taught us the word and he served the Lord
You should have seen the light in Daddy's eyes
The day his first little grandson was born
He had so much more to give us
But Heaven called my Daddy home too soon

But I somehow found my heart and faith renewed
