Today I read that trumpets were sounded all over the world. There there were trumpets sounded when it was announced that there was going to be a new king. Trumpet were sounded to gather an assembly. Trumpets were also used in war. The trumpet plays a good role in many things. On many holidays and occasions, trumpets are sounded.

9/6/13 -Journal
Today I read that a huge palace was discovered by Hebrew University's reserchers. It has been identified as the city of Shaarayim. Some people believe it was the palace of one of Israel's ancient kings. The palace is made of stones. Researchers spent years uncovering it.
