We teach the children by the way that we live
They watch us take then we tell them to give
We work for money and what it buys
The kids get things when they need our time
Step on anybody who gets in your way
Cheating isn't bad as long as you win the game
They are learning everyday
Our actions speak so loudly, what can we say
They are listening to the things we do
They hear the music when wе live out of tune
We tеach the children loud and clear
What they see is what they hear
We try to change the tune, but we are to blame
Too late we tell them, life's not a game
And this is no rehearsal, we live on the stage
Only one performance and life is the play
The kids are learning line by line
The things we teach them, just living our lives
They are listening to the things we do
They hear the music when we live out of tune
We teach the children loud and clear
What they see is what they hear
