We should take time
Time to laugh, to cry, to speak our minds
To see each day defined
Through the candor of a child's eyes
Let the circumstance be left behind

When we rise from rest aware
That this day's
A gift for us to bring
And then, when it's all there
It will seem right to laugh, to cry, to sing
To To take time to do the smallest thing
To make life so full of life today
To stand up tall today and say
"We should take time"
