So I stepped inside this cave
As the snow began to kick
With a craze
I thought the lack of liquid water'd be my end
But being frozen from the outside-in
Seems a more likely story
At this point in time, but
If I die, well I'll die with a voice inside
Saying that's life
And as the cold, starts to solidify
All I ever was
And becomes all I'll ever be
Well I hope
You remember me vividly
The snow hasn't taken a break
Fingertips start to feel the prickle
Of a thousand blades
I thought the lack of liquid water'd be my end
But being frozen from the outside-in
Seems a more likely story
At this point in time, but
The shovel has no business in digging anymore
I broke the head off to use as a pan
And the handle as a stand
As I begin to collapse, but
If I die, well I'll die with a voice inside
Saying that's life
And as the cold, starts to solidify
All I ever was
And becomes all I'll ever be
Well I hope
You remember me, remember me
Vividly
