Hemlock was brought home on Tuesday
Hysteria had withered away
Partners joined arms in the kitchen
Hysteria was welcome that way

Now there's no form of protection
There's no escape from today
Outside the norm of acceptance
Inside the world’s turned away

Violence would go unanswered
Anger its only friend
