Valley View Avenue

VERSE 1: I'm viewing valleys / Valley viewing / reborn citizen so I'm blessed refusing / I follow biblical paramaters can't follow amateurs / amateurs can't handle us they try to damage us / so I choose the pilgrim's destiny and walk his pathway / castaway that lives life like it's my last day / black sky no street lights / fall travel sideways / broken glass on streets of ice lays where the street lay / without Valley I can't travel to the mountains / scared to travel cause doves are prey for the falcons / I see hope through binoculars that spot the lilies / no fear of the lion in the grass tryna kill me / raindrops appear as fireballs causes the groundshake / pacing consciously on cracks caused by the earthquake / write rhymes in rain when they're in redemption / Jesus hear my cry subtract my afflictions /

HOOK: I walk through the valley of the shadow of death / can't see my shadow only foes to my left / can't see God but can't do what my shadow do / I must seek God cause He is my Avenue / (X2)

VERSE 2: I'm viewing valleys / Valley viewing / situations arn't improving / I can't see stars cause folks around see surface / I'm hungry but I won't be seduced by the serpent / the fruit looks good but I won't eat from good and evil / cause I walk past the church and flames engulf the steeple / fingers wet from holding this heavy shield / no street signs except for dirt path that says yield / maybe I should yield but my instincts tell me no / I lack hope cause the current road I'm on seems like the wrong way to go / wind carries opposing force and ... make me wanna stop this course / believe none of what you hear and half of what you see because illusions like to glorify and blasphemy / pestilence intimidates and I can't see through clouds of dust / but if God be for us then who can be against us? /

VERSE 3: I'm viewing valleys / Valley viewing / avenues which are vow renewing / but unaware malicious multitudes are magnified / same multitudes are multiplied with pride unsatisfied / ... they are treating me / then I tell 'em how they're treating me and they start beating me / I'm tired my adversary tries to hang me on my cross / I'll have a hangover hang-on hang strong / they despise my viewpoints treat me like illiterates / frustrations increase with strife I try to filter it / Jesus showed me Colossians 1:24 and 25 / so if I rejoice in hard times strife shall not stay alive / Father forgive foes and friends that know not what they do / I hang my humble head and hand hard times up to You / so I go through the valley and rise up on the third day / view Avenue born and celebrate His birthday / hold hands with Avenue praise Him for direction / take up my cross-the cross-the cross in the section / never walk opposite the one-way cause I'll get there someday / tried my way I failed realized that there's only one Way / why lift loads that Jesus will carry / don't get impatient He'll do it just tarry He'll do it just tarry / don't get impatient He'll do it just tarry /
