I am not so proud as to think
I’ve got it figured out
This living in the light
Above the fear and doubt
And there are times I wonder
What it is that He can see
That’s worthy of this calling He has given me

And when I ask what I can give
He says it all comes down to this

Preach Christ
Live it now
Take the message to the world
You gotta let it out
You never know who’s listening
You never know what they have heard
So preach Christ
Even if it means use words

There are days I stand bеhind
This pulpit of obscurity
Alone against the dark
With no one watching mе
I’m trying hard to matter
In a world that’s spinning fast
I’ve only got one voice and I may only get one chance
