Coming out of sleepy season
Waking up to make this mine
Treading into deeper water
I can't wait to see what I might find
It's not like where I was with others
I can't imagine why I stayed
Fighting stubborn, pathetic genius
Sleeping soundly where they were laid
I can't find the balance in between
It's such a skinny little line
I'll close my eyes but won't let go
It might just turn out fine
I tried to teach me dull perfection
But I hope I never learn
I won't dismiss my situation
There's still a lot I have to earn
After all this killing time, after all
Ain't it just the way, you talk
And talk your time away
In the end, you just have to wait
