Turn (Ecclesiastes Chapter 3)

1. To everything there is a time and a season, a rhyme and a reason for everything that we’re seeing. So don’t worry about what’s going on right now, cause you’re gonna get your turn.
2. There’s a time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant a seed in the ground and wait to see what might rise a time to dig up what was planted so don’t take it for granted,
3. a time to kill and a time to heal so don’t hold on to bandages …a time to break it down and a time to build it up; get constructive cause it’s been to long that we’ve been destructive.
4. A time to cry…a time to laugh…a time to morn a time to dance—
so get your chance before you miss your chance
There’s a time to get romance
And a time to let that pass
5. It’s a time for throwing them rocks
And a time to put them in a bag.
6. Better hear what Solomon said: Sometimes when you got it bad…
Can’t get it outta your head you gotta search and see if it’s all that…
but then you fall right back over to that other track
that say don’t take it give it back in fact just let it go like that.
7.Some things are fabricated, and a rip is what it really needs…but
Some times some ways some things are faded so you gotta intercede.
There comes a time when you don’t speak—and a time when you take it to the peak
8.It’s a time for love for hate for war for peace we sow and reap!
9. Now tell me what’s it really worth working all of your life
But ain’t got nothing to show for all your pain and your strife
10. See I think that God just gave us work to keep us all occupied
11. Cause He made everything to shine in its own special time.
He put Heaven in our hearts but we live in the dark
Scrapping-scratching for a spark to figure out all the parts of this puzzle
Just when you think you got it hustled, you ain’t even close enough dude;
Use all your mental muscle and still can’t tell what’s down or up dude.
12. I’m a tell you I know what’s up dude
‘Nothing better than staying in a good mood
13. Do right, live your life—kick up your shoes; eat you some good food
Work hard, play hard that there is a gift from God.
14. Cause I know what God has done is gonna go on and on
Don’t try to add your part; don’t try to stop what He starts
God did it just like that so it could keep us loyal.
See it’s an endless trend;
15. What’s been is gone’ be again and again
And just when you thought it’d end
You forgot…God made all this spin so it turns….
16.I’m a tell you something else that I’ve seen that’s a trip
Dirty cops, crooked lawyers, wicked judges that pimp!
17.Now it’s disgusting when justice gets turn into ‘just-us’
So I thought what? God’s gonna judge us in all of our lil’ stuff. You can’t hide:
The right and the wrong is gonna stand at that throne all alone
And baby you better believe it’s gone’ be on. We can’t hide.
18. I’m seeing this with my eyes; so it comes as no surprise
God’s just testing us weighing our lives
To show that mankind ain’t right!
In fact we just like dogs! Gorillas, rats and hogs.
Nasty, filthy sneaky instinct with the beast we keepin’ sync
19. And the truth is we both gone sink
Mankind just like the beast
We both eat, sleep, drink and breath so what if you can think!
You can’t out-think your fate;
20. We all go to one place
From ashes and dust you came
That same form you gone’ take
21. Whose to say that doggies don’t go to heaven
Or that your soul makes it in—yea like you gots it like Flynn
Boy you better think again
So in the end it’s best to live it all up before it ends;
Cause that’s your gift before it ends; after that what comes next? Who can comprehend
