So I, took a step outside, Got inside my ride
Thought the only way to beat my demons was for me to keep on drinking
I been lit like every evening every morning
Every day now I don’t think I like my state of being
It’s so easy to fall, maybe I’ll blame gravity
Tryna pick yourself up when I feel the world is mad at me
I can feel my demons always feel like they is after me
But really what is after me, I mean what is after we?

Usually I stay inconspicuous, I get my fix
Tryna stay outta sight keep my vices outta mind
But the more I run the more I feel em close behind
You can stand and fight it, control it, then light it
I pour some, I like it, I pour more, deny it
Cause everythings fine in a little moderation
