Trauma

My DNA is not what binds me to the pain its the fear and the memories, so I try to stray from the feelings held up inside like a bird in a cage I feel full of rage maybe we all feel like we need an escape from all the hate and people try to tell me I'm not worth it and I know I'm not perfect and you can't stop the stress that i feel when you find out that I've been buried alive, i feel like i'm in the deep dive when i get overwhelmed my life seems to blur and i all i can do is sit in a corner and scream my lungs out, most people think i just pout but they don't know what i'm all about. and it feels like i'm on the edge i'm trying to find a hedge to hide behind from the monster inside. here we go again its time to hide from that monster that thing that makes me feel feelings i don't wanna feel the sadness the anger the pain some times my heart feel like it's dead lets hide the dread the thing that makes me feel fear inside my head. you may think i'm insane who am i kidding i am and that's what i can't change the facilities do nothing but drain my will to do anything to get better they don't listen to you
