Lilac covering
Tainted tangerine
Wake up it's just a dream
Or maybe it's not

Dizzily circling
Binary star systems
And like a menagerie, pilin' in
To be gracefully displayed

Before I could weep
Before I could sleep
Before I was a baby
Was caught up in misdeeds

Before time could reach
The edge of the breach
Got it all retracted slowly

It goes and it goes

I wanted to be well
A different kind of soul
Yet I still ruminate
On moons and rainbows

Anagrams of dove and bel
In a delicate firmament
And a valerian, decaying
Remains a sympathetic pink

Before I could eat
Before I fell deep
Intro hyperbolic daydreams
Had no chance of retreat

No intentions to keep
The cabal at peace
Through deontologic crises
