This is the thirteenth and final song of The Flying Club Cup, released in 2007 by 4AD Records.
The song (and the album whose name it shares) takes its title from a hot air balloon festival in France in the 1900s. He was inspired to name his album after it when he found a 1910 photo by Leon Gimpell....
