The Beginning

[Verse 1]
In the beginning, God -- wait a minute
The Father, Son, and Spirit crushing atheism
Look at creation like a painted picture, untainted mixture
Everything was good, yeah, that was the descriptor
God created the heavens and Earth, can't measure its worth
It was by the Ruach, the breath, He published His works
Before the Son at His birth, He was abundant in works
That's profundity first, eternal love in this verse
From day and night to the grass and trees
He passed with ease in making paths to see His majesty
This travesty with men attacking these
Facts that we address the past so passively
Day 6, He made man in His image
Reflection was very good but work wasn't finished
He rested on the seventh, but that would be extended
Man's sinning and resistance would come in just a minute

The Earth was formless and the Spirit was hovering above

All things were made through Him and nothing is here without the Son

In the beginning God -- wait a second
We see the Son and Spirit present, we can't neglect it
Too many been infected with false notions
Views defective through smooth deception, it's all bogus
Let's look at Christ first and stare at this wisdom
Without Him, nothing was made and we declare that He's risen
However, Jehovah's Witnesses and False Israel-ism
Deny His deity, believing in some Arianism
The Holy Spirit's next, some people call Him an "it"
Saying He emanates from God, just a force that exists
But He was hovering over the waters, listen to this
By the Ruach, Elohim, we see heavenly bliss
"Let us make man in our image," that's in Genesis 1
We saw the Spirit on the water and we've read of the Son
We don't believe in three gods, we give credit to One
In three persons, we worship forever and some

Blood shed to wash away the sin and make you new
Who knew that God would do miracles, no voodoo
But then again, He made it all, not bound by what you do
