It's the time of the year for the weather man to put on a show
The temperature is right for the making of a man out of snow
A carrot for his nose with eyes of coal and a smile that lights up his face
To see a snowman coming alive, boy you'd be amazed

Chestnuts roasting that snowman's gotta survive
He doesn't want to be too close to the heat of the fire
It's oh so weird what a snowman feels left to stand in the sun all day
'Cause minute by mintue the snow man is melting away
