It’s been a while since I have thanked you
Some of you don’t even know
The difference you’ve made to me
And the way you’ve helped me grow
You have built me up when I felt down
You helped me turn my life around
Just knowing you
You helped me see I’m not alone
You made a place that felt like home
And I love you
I’m saying thank you for being there
When I need it most
And thank you for doing what you do
And always being you
Some of you I never talk to
And some I call nearly every day
But you’re all important to me
You’re all amazing in different ways
Some of you I watch when I’m lonely
You don’t know how much that means
But all of you I hold closely
You’re all what makes me me
I’m saying thank you for being there
When I need it most
And thank you for doing what you do
And always being you
Thank you for sticking around
Though I know I don’t always help
And thank you for never doubting me
Even though I doubt myself
