[Verse 1]
Keep saying nah, saying nah, saying nothing
Sort it over time
Playing up, playing my, playing mind games
Blurring through the lines
Will I find a way out?
Alarms ringing, slowly dead
[Chorus]
I'ma be a superstar
Riding in them fancy cars
Flying high, sign autographs
Gucci dripping off my clothes
God bless my soul
[Verse 2]
I'm on that stoop down, I'm weighin' up payin' up big
To cover up, help
Level line, triple nine, hunger for bling
Throw out my old self
Will I find a way out?
No pressure, no pressure, I don't feel it now
I'm sitting with leisure, never sweat it out
[Refrain]
Sanity falling quick
I need some time to clear my mind
Kicking up tantrums with me, myself and I
[Chorus]
I'ma be a superstar
Riding in them fancy cars
Flying high, sign autographs
Gucci dripping off my clothes
God bless my soul
[Bridge]
Sanity falling quick
I need some time to clear my mind
Kicking up tantrums in grocery stores, I'm out of line
Over all of the hype
Weighing down on my mind
[Chorus]
I'ma be a superstar
Riding in them fancy cars
Flying high, sign autographs
Gucci dripping off my clothes
God bless my soul
I'ma be a superstar
Riding in them fancy cars
Flying high, sign autographs
Gucci dripping off my clothes
God bless my soul
[Post-Chorus]
(Superstar, superstar, superstar, yeah-yeah)
(Superstar, fancy cars, superstar, yeah-yeah)
(Superstar, superstar, yeah-yeah)
(Gucci dripping off my clothes, superstar)
(God blessed my soul, superstar, yeah-yeah)
[Outro]
(I'ma be, I'ma be, a superstar, superstar)
(I'ma be, I'ma be, yeah, a superstar, superstar)
(I'ma be, I'ma be, yeah-yeah, a superstar, superstar)
(Yeah-yeah, I'ma be, I'ma be, a superstar, yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah)

I love that song. It’s incredible! I always wanted to make a satire song about being a superstar. I wanted huge synths, a cool bassline, it all just rolled out from there. The lyrics are satirical obviously. It was fun to imagine a glowed-up future me having a tantrum in there.
