Desperate to come up for air
Deciding to just give up or keep on going on
In this hole forever
Trapped eternally within this endless abyss

Searching my mind for a sliver of God
And stay awake even though I can't open my eyelids
Now the sun's just a distant thought lost in my memory
Been engulfed in this pitch black all of eternity
Watching eons pass in this shallow imprisonment
Screaming out from below, is there anyone listening?
Then the ground vibrated and the water was rippling as the silence subdued and the Oracles visited saying...
