Dear Depression

Got me self doubtin' an always be asking the questions
Steadily wondering should i just suicide?
Should I not do it? Or should I just die
These are the things that just crosses my mind
I think i'm okay but i'm really not fine
I wanna have friends but they braking my spine
I try to seek help but they think it's attention
But I'm seeking direction

When will you leave from inside of me?
Making me worry about my own presence
Thinking they talkin' bout me as a peasant
Is it the color of my skin or is it my clothes?
Or is the curve in my nose?
My mentality be questioning my thoughts
Like why do these people be profitin' off of a loss
This world is so lost...

Dear Anger & Hate

Why do you gotta intimidate me?
Making me takin' a drink, it irritates me
Projecting emotions on people I love
Then building a wall when the push comes to shove
But inside of
My body i'm crying and needing truelove
The structure is failing i can't build it up
I'm trying my hardest but it's not enuf

Learn from your past an just don't doubt oneself
Depression just means you need a routine
Set goals for yourself and no more caffeine
Anxiety is your personal mental process
Try writing it out, it releases some stress
Your anger & hate can stem from the rest
Try meditating and taking a rest..
