There is a second staircase
Leading from a chamber of my heart
Concealed behind a bookcase
Leading up into the dark
And the second staircase
Is tearing the house apart

There's a secret number
Written on a ticket in a drawer
I don't know if I love her

There is a secret staircase
Only I know what it's for
