Resolution

Keep moving forward
Try to find my place upon your mountaintop
Til I slip away again
Fall back into the frayed abyss

Look at the seasons and stars
I can find my way
Into the sound of what is
Right or wrong
Cause truth be told
I know nothing at all

All of the people we lost
We can only pray in time they realign
And I can’t miss them
Because any day I do starts to end

Maybe in time we’ll progress into better days
Flawed but never broken
I’ll watch and wait
If all I know is to resolve
