[Verse 1]
Thought we were soulmates
Well at least for awhile
Now we are cell mates
And we're both standing trial
[Verse 2]
Thought I was safe here
Was it something I said
Caught in the moment
Now all I have is regrets
[Chorus]
Put up your hands if you love me right now
Put up your hands, find me somehow
Put up your hands if you know it exists
Put up your hands if there's someone you miss
[Verse 3]
I'm fighting things, boy
That I cannot see
From blame to assumptions
Changing my destiny
Thought I was made of steel
Well at least for awhile
Now I'm broken
Gotta learn how to smile
[Chorus]
Put up your hands if you love me right now
Put up your hands, find me somehow
Put up your hands if you know it exists
Put up your hands if there's someone you miss
[Post-Chorus]
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands
Put up your hands
Put up your hands
[Bridge]
When the tears come
Then the pain's gone
I have to move on
Till the day is done
[Chorus]
Put up your hands if you love me right now
Put up your hands, find me somehow
Put up your hands if you know it exists
Put up your hands if there's someone you miss
[Outro]
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands
Put up your hands
Put up your hands
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands if you love me
Put up your hands
Put up your hands
Put up your hands

I wrote that song and felt like it was one of those songs a lot of people could relate to. We are so vulnerable when we don’t show our emotions and true self. For you to truly become strong in your own life you have to be able to reach out and touch someone.
